Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Built to last like our work boots and hiking footwear, our returns policy stands firm on quality assurance while offering flexibility for your needs.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or special order boots (including made-to-order items)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll review and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Use original packaging with all included materials

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International duties/taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional processing time

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship replacements after receiving your return
  • Customer covers new item shipping unless our error
  • Price differences for upgrades must be paid

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective products (rare for our Carhartt, Danner, or Rocky quality brands), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover all shipping costs.
