Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or special order boots (including made-to-order items)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products showing signs of wear or damage

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll review and send return instructions within 2 business days

Refund Information
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International duties/taxes are non-refundable

- We’ll ship replacements after receiving your return
- Customer covers new item shipping unless our error
- Price differences for upgrades must be paid
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged/defective products (rare for our Carhartt, Danner, or Rocky quality brands), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover all shipping costs.
