Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or special order boots
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all included materials.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional processing time

Exchange Information

For size or style exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs on the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
